On Sunday, April 29, 2007, Trinity had the monthly "Family Night" - a really fun event that is growing more popular as the months go by!
First there is dinner! (Of course!) - there were hot dogs right off the grill - and there were also some great fixins' to go with them!

Then it was time to stock up on the fresh, hot popcorn, and head into the worship center for the movie! This month it was "Facing the Giants" - and it was terrific! Everyone got right into the story, and we were all crying one minute, and cheering the next! It was a great story, and exciting right to the last moment!

On Friday evening, March 9, 2007 our last monthly Craft night for the season got underway with a delicious dinner of pizza, salad, and some great desserts!

Then Susan, our guest instructor, pulled out a collection of long, skinny balloons, and taught us all to make balloon animals! We had a great time making them wrong, popping a bunch of them, and at last, we succeded in making some very presentable dogs, jumping mice, and swords! It was a very loud and fun time!

Then Susan demonstrated face-painting techniques, and we all practiced on paper faces, and then got to see the real thing as Susan did a live demonstration on some very willing volunteers! It was a great way to close out the Craft Night season!

On December 31, 2006, Trinity Christian Fellowship hosted a New Year's Eve concert to bring in the new year in style! The show opened with songs and testimony from Dawn Thompson Mayfield - she is the daughter of our own Associate Pastor, Lucian Thompson! The second half of the concert was a high-energy, rocking time with the DIG Project! Check out the pictures...

On three nights just before Christmas, ending on Christmas Eve, the Trinity wagon was transformed into a Nativity scene, and children suddenly became angels, shepherds and kings - and plenty of adults showed up to come along as we went out and caroled the neighborhood - showing our friends and neighbors the REAL reason for the season!

Saturday, December 16, Trinity Christian Fellowship held its annual Christmas Dinner at the church. The church provided the main dishes and sides, along with the drinks - and everyone who wanted brought delicious array of desserts! The food was plentiful, and the fun and fellowship was also!

On Friday, December 15, Trinity was the site of a parents "Drop and Run" night. And drop they did! There was a real crowd of kids arriving for the festivities planned by a very brave bunch of adults - there was pizza (a necessity!) and games, a movie, songs and general hilarity. It was fun, but exhausting (at least for the adults!)

Friday, December 8 - Trinity Christian Fellowship had their monthly "Craft Night" - this month featuring Crystal Earrings. The evening commenced with (of course) a great meal of potato soup, chili, Spanish rice, and all kinds of goodies - then the crafters (including a couple of 'guy-craftsmen') got down to work, while the rest of those there enjoyed watching a classic movie "White Christmas"! It was an evening filled with fun and fellowship!
